Custom task "Appointment Booked Failed" when follow-up off

Hi team!

Quick heads-up: when we toggle on the “turn off post-booking follow-ups” in step 3 “Booking”, this gives us an error in the test environment: « Failed to invoke TURN_OFF_FOLLOW_UPS after 3 attempts: Lambda reported an error. »

But when it’s turned off, it works perfectly fine.
