AI not asking qualification question
After 14th Nov, AI stopped asking qualification question. It sends out the initial message. but after a lead replies positively, AI stops asking qualification question. But it still follow ups even if the lead replies. If you test it manually by adding to the workflow then it works fine. Super weird after the update. AW definitely need to thoroughly test/QA before deploying the new update.

@Ollie King (AppointWise) Hey Ollie, hope youre well. Yeah i talked to Vani via whatsapp, we both couldnt figure out the issue. I would highly appreciate if you can give me a direction on how should i get it fixed. I thought maybe the error was from Step 5 Task but not sure
