In ads manager, for example, you can choose what campaign structure you want to use. In appointwise, we could do the same, you can choose if bot should only answer questions, or qualify and book like its right now
I think i have a similar use case. Are you saying there are some leads that just need the faq answered and don’t need to be pitched call. And some leads that needs to be pitched leads. I think basis on lead tag, different agent can be triggered?

Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. We've tried with other agents like you said, and with lots of instructions so it won't pitch anyone, and it still didn't work.
